> Monument aux Morts (Place de la Mairie)

This war memorial was sculpted in 1923 by Marcel Gaumont, a Grand Prix de Rome prizewinner. The beautiful building opposite the square known as “La Maréchalerie” stands on the site of an old coaching inn. Napoleon once spent some time here.

This old road runs to the left of the present N10, towards Ste-Maure. Several remnants of the road are still visible (La Dégessière with cross, La Martin with cross, Les Bertinières, La Monnaie, etc).

> Lime kiln (by the side of the N10 towards Tours)

Earth embankment once used to move the limestone blocks up to the kiln, which stopped operating in 1914. This kiln now belongs to the local authority.
