“Oh, mon Cher!”

This hike is organized on a very beautiful route along... the river Cher, of course! Manor houses, castles, mills, dam with needle, traditional boats, tasting of wines, surprised animation: you are not ready to forget this day!
Picnic (pulled off the bag) will be taken during the route and The glass of friendship will be offered to the hikers on the arrival. 

Option: 7,5km, departing from Bléré (Car park along the Cher) at 10 am :
" Réussir ses prises de vues", supervised by professionnal photographer. Price for this hike : 12€. Number of places : only 10.

 - On Monday, July the 20th, morning,

Veigné 10 km, departure at 9 am of the municipal Mill of Veigné

A «meeting with bees” will give you the opportunity to taste some of the best honeys...Creamy, liquid, acacia or heather honey ...they will have no more secrets for you! The glass of friendship will be offered to the hikers on the arrival. 

 - On Tuesday, July the 21st all day,

From Artannes or Saché to Villaines-les-Rochers, 14,5 km departure from Artannes (place de la Liberté) at 8.30 am, or 8,5 km departure from Saché (in front of the Museum Balzac) at 9 am.

«Soil and wicker»

 Here is a convenient hike to fill a basket of delicious farm products! Indeed, we shall go to the farm of Coulonnière where we shall take advantage of a tasting of products of the country, before the picnic pulled off the bag (or bought on the spot). In the beginning of the afternoon, head for the museum of Vannerie of Villaine les Rochers, the regional capital of wicker… The glass of friendship will be offered to the hikers on the arrival. 
Way back by bus.

 - On Wednesday, July the 22nd in the morning,

 Saint-Branchs 10 km, departure at 9 am, or 5 km departure at 10 am of the village hall. Special children

 " C’est « rigol’...eau », la rando! "

 Funny title to announce that this hike is articulated around two themes:  
 
   - The water, more particularly that of the tributaries of the Indre, with explanations of a river technician;    
  - The great fun, thanks to Gilles's jokes the clown...
  - Awarenes to the eco-construction with.....eco-materials.

The glass of friendship will be offered to the hikers on the arrival.  

 - On Thursday, July the 23rd in the morning,

Esvres-sur-Indre 10, 5 km, departure of the village hall at 9 am

«These known personalities neither of Esvres, nor Adam! »

 Cocteau and Mata Hari are famous... The count Odart and the canon Carlotti less... But their common point is to have lived in Esvres. Comedians will tell you it with a lot of humour... The glass of friendship will be offered to the hikers on the arrival. 

 - On Friday, July the 24th in the evening,

 Truyes 10 km, departure of the castle of Bel Air at 6 pm

 " Pedibus cum jambis... "

«All right, this expression is of the «Latin of cooking "! But, ipso facto, it lets augur that the troop of local animation 3P2A will reserve for us some attractive surprises during this hike: panem and circenses for the walkers!!!   At the end of the hike, the glass of friendship will be offered to the hikers on the arrival. Ad libitum!!!

 - On Saturday, July the 25th in the evening,

Montbazon 9, 5 km, departure of the Tourist office at 5 pm 

«The good tempo "

This magnificent hike will take us up to the castle of Artigny where a meal will be proposed to you, then will continue up to the oldest donjon of France... And there, at the feet of the building, you will take advantage of a "Folk soul» concert, with the soft voice of Najoi Belhadj, accompanied by Olivier Carole on the bass, christophe Lardeau on the guitar and Michaël Frideloux on the drum!  The glass of friendship will be offered to the hikers on the arrival.  
On the spot, possibility of meal prepared by a caterer: Inscription at the beginning of the festival (until the 22nd of july): Price: 14€

 - On Sunday, July the 27th in the morning,

 9,3 km departure from the castle of Candé at 9:30 am

“Marche ...arrière, vers les années 30!”

For the end of the Festival 2009, this hike will take place in the attractive frame of the park of the castle of Candé. And as this monument is part the beautiful time of «les années folles ". The walkers will take advantage of the very interesting review of the sport in thirties... The glass of friendship will be offered to the hikers on the arrival.  Finally, we suggest to the walkers joining a meal with the volunteers who will have supervised the festival, in the park of the castle (under a Barnum in case of bad weather). Meal prepared by a caterer: join in the beginning of festival (until Thursday 23/7). Indicative price: 13 €

"Balade et Croquis”

A- On Monday, July the 20th, afternoon  B- On Wednesday, july the 22nd afternoon
c- On Friday, July the 24th, morning       D- on Saturday, July the 25th, morning
 
3 to 5 km, departure from the tourist office in Montbazon in shared car, at 9:30 am (C and D) or 2:30 pm (A and B).
They are short hikes of initiation or perfection into the techniques of the sketch. Opened to all (even to those who claim not to know how to draw!), these are supervised by a presenter artist whose role is to teach to the participants the main stages of the realization of a sketch: observation of the big masses, the light, the implementation, the details, etc.
The place of the hikes will be determined according to the humour of the presenter...
Attention, hikes are limited to 20 participants specific Price Rate: 15,50 € a person, or 17,50 € with the supply of a pad of sketch.

Price Rates:
The registration in every hike is 5, 50 € by adult, reduced to 5, 00 € for the graduates FFRP (on production of a documentary evidence: enclose if possible the photocopy of licenses for the bulletin of registration) and of 3 € for kids under 12 years (except " balades et Croquis ", 15, 50 € without pad of sketch or 17, 50 € with a supplied pad).
A pass grown-up for the whole festival (except "Balades et Croquis") is available for 36€ (including 9 hikes)
These prices include a snack during the hike, the animations, and the supervision by the members of the local clubs as well as a glass of friendship at the end of every hike (offered by municipalities).

Some practical advice for the good walkers in Touraine - Val de l’Indre:
Put on comfortable shoes; do not forget to bring a hat and a rain coat in your bag with some water. Do not forget your solar protection! Follow the signs and the orders of the members of the clubs who supervise the hikes. If you get lost, call the numbers which appears on your RandoPass. In case of emergency dial 112.
On roads, respect the traffic rules and naturally, respect the nature and do not throw your waste!
